Resort

Lake Wanaka is a beautiful and perfectly proportioned mountain town. It's small enough to be super friendly, yet large enough to have everything you need to keep you entertained throughout the season. There are heaps of great bars and restaurants so whether you want to chill out by a roaring fire or dance the night away to live bands, every taste is catered for.

Between July and September, there's no better place in the world to train as a ski instructor than with us in Treble Cone. Its slopes are long and un-crowded, with stunning views. It has the longest vertical rise in the Southern Lakes and two expansive basins, making the freeride terrain unrivalled by anywhere else in New Zealand, if not the entire Southern Hemisphere.

Coaching

Our highly qualified team of pros are carefully chosen and are the very best in the industry. They'll iron out your technique and show you how to enjoy the most exciting terrain on the mountain.

With 200+ hours on snow and four full days of training per week, you'll learn how to detect good and bad technique, as well as knowing how to correct it where necessary.

This course is practical and industry driven, so it is ideal for aspiring instructors. Over the course of the 11 weeks you'll work towards the highly regarded NZSIA Level 1 and 2 exams. Once you have them in the bag you'll be free to apply for instructor jobs around the world.

During the course you'll receive plenty of advice and support about how to get into the industry, as well as building up a network of key industry contacts.

Weekends & Activities
