Resort

There are three separate ski areas linked to Banff: Sunshine Village, Lake Louise and Mount Norquay, each with their own unique characteristics. We are the only company that operates in all three resorts, so you'll get a well rounded training experience, with the largest combined ski area in North America to explore.

Banff is renowned for fantastic early-season conditions. Being a bit further North than most resorts, the temperature stays low enough to maintain a good base of snow for a long season.

Coaching & Qualifications

Our team are the very best CASI Level 3 and 4 instructors in the Bow Valley. As well as being extremely well qualified, Nonstop's coaches in Banff are a load of fun and amazing at what they do.

Within just a few of weeks, they'll have you ripping up the slopes of Banff with the confidence and tightly honed technique of a pro. They'll also teach you how to instruct others in preparation for your CASI Level 1 exam in week 4.

Regardless of whether you plan to instruct or not, this is an amazing experience. Our coaches will be on the hill with you for five hours a day, four days a week, helping you to push through the boundaries of your riding.

We find that learning to instruct is the very best way to progress your own skills. By analysing the routes of snowboarding technique, you'll be able to turn that knowledge on yourself and take your riding to a whole new level.

Weekends & Activities

Living in stunning national park, it would be rude not to enjoy some of the amazing winter activities on your doorstep. Our MORE program is full of weekend activities and courses that'll ensure you get the most out of your time in Canada.

Go cat boarding, take an avalanche course, visit other resorts, go ice climbing, watch ice hockey, go dog sledding, snowmobiling or night skiing. Just some of the things you might get up to...

Dog Sledding
Ice Canyon Walk
