Courses that Give Back

1% for the Planet

The mountains give us a lot — powder days, perspective-shifting views, and a canvas to express ourselves. At Nonstop, we believe in giving back to the places that make it all possible. That’s why our courses aren’t just about making you a stronger skier or snowboarder — they help you connect deeper with the mountains, with the people you meet, and with the wild spaces that shape us.

For every rider who joins us, 1% of your course fee goes directly to environmental non-profits through our 1% for the Planet commitment. So every turn, every run, every new skill — you’re part of something bigger.

Progression With Impact

You’ll ski powder, charge steeps, and hone new skills — all while knowing you’re supporting certified grassroots environmental causes. Whether you’re here for a 1-week camp or an 11-week instructor course, your trip leaves more than just fresh tracks.

Small percentage. Big impact.

Your 1% in Action

When you join a Nonstop course, your turns fuel change:

  • Supporting campaigns that fight climate change and protect winter.
  • Funding rainforest protection projects that keep carbon locked away.
  • Backing local conservation projects.

Together, we’ve donated C$185,000 to date – and counting.

How You Can Do More

Little moves add up — and if everyone riding with us does their bit, the impact is massive.

  • Catch the local ski shuttle instead of driving solo.
  • Pack a reusable bottle and refill.
  • Respect the wild and take your rubbish with you.
  • Take shorter showers.
  • Turn your lights off.
  • Support local or eco-conscious ski and snowboard brands.
  • Repair gear before replacing it.
  • Encourage your friends to adopt eco-habits too.
