Irwins Inn

Located on Banff Avenue, Banff 's main street, Irwins Inn is a great place to spend the season. The town centre is only a short walk away with Irwins being the closest accommodation of any course provider in Banff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and each have en-suite bathrooms, cable TV and either two queen sized beds or one king sized bed in single rooms, which are available for an additional supplement, however most people choose to share double rooms.

The hotel has great facilities; after a long day riding with your mates you can enjoy the hotel's hot tub or if you still have the energy, hit the gym for some gentle weights or cardio. Guests also have the use of an indoor swimming pool five days a week. Free wireless Internet is available and the buses to all the resorts leave from literally just outside the hotel doors, so there is no need to walk anywhere with all your ski kit to catch the bus. Irwins also has on site laundry facilities, taking the effort out of the weekly clothes wash.

Meals

We serve breakfast each weekday before the bus takes you away to the day's chosen resort. We offer supper four nights/week on training days, at the hotel restaurant and excellent local restaurants. We know how important it is to eat well when you're exercising each day and therefore ensure that these meals are not only healthy but hearty too.

Pre & post stays

Like everyone that visits Banff, you won't want to leave. We now offer accommodation both before and after your course so that you can spend between 3 to 6 months in Canada.

This is a great chance to enjoy the quiet early season powder days and to get some practice in before your course starts. You can arrive in Banff anytime from early December and stay as late as early May. Additional accommodation is charged at a rate of $300-400/week and includes all utility bills. Your season pass is valid from the time you arrive in Banff until the resorts close.

Looking for a long stay and a cheap option? Irwins Inn is located right next door to the Samesun Hostel, which offers a cheap accommodation option if you want to come for a pro-longed pre or post stay. The Samesun is also a great place to tell your friends about if they wish to come and visit you during the season.
