2 week
Banff Freestyle Camp
Banff is Canada’s freestyle Mecca. With a world-class park in each of its three amazing ski areas, there are a massive variety of features to develop every aspect of you freestyle skiing or snowboarding.
This course is designed specifically for skiers and snowboarders who want to make serious improvements to their air, grab, rotation, rail and all-mountain jibing skills.
First class coaching. With two weeks and 40 hours of focussed training, our freestyle junky instructors will push you through boundaries and allow you to see the park with a whole new level of confidence. Training will be catered to your ability, so don’t worry if you’ve never even felt air underneath your skis or board, we’ll soon set you straight! And, if you’re ready to perfect your 720s, our coaches will see you stomping them regularly.
Parks galore! There is so much freestyle terrain to be enjoyed in Banff. We’ll give you a lift pass for all three of the local ski resorts: Lake Louise, Sunshine Village and Norquay, each of which takes real pride in producing epic terrain park. The resorts’ competition with each other works in our favour! There’s such a massive variety of kickers, rails, boxes, hips, spines and other kooky features, your tricklist will just grow and grow.
Canada’s party town. Freestyle snowboarding and skiing always seems to go hand in hand with next-level partying. There’s no better Canadian town to hit on a night out than Banff. It has a legendary lively and friendly vibe in its abundance of bars, clubs and restaurants.
Enjoy Spring park sessions. Spring time in the mountains is when everything slows down and you start to enjoy chilling out in a sunny park, so late March is the perfect time to take a course like this. Plus, being late in the season, it means that you can take this course after completing one of our 11 week instructor courses.
Extra activities. We’re called Nonstop for a reason – we’ll set up loads of fun things to do off the slopes. We’ll also run a ski / snowboard maintenance clinic and a road trip to the Olympic Park in Calagary.
