How to book
To secure your place on any of our courses we require a completed online booking form plus a booking deposit of CAD$650 or £350. The remainder of the course cost is payable in two equal instalments:
| Course Start Date | Before 01 Dec | 01 Dec - 28 Feb | After 28 Feb | New Zealand |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2nd Deposit | 01 Jun | 01 Aug | 01 Oct | 01 Feb |
| Final Balance | 01 Aug | 01 Oct | 01 Dec | 01 Apr |
The date shows when you will receive an invoice, which is payable within 14 days.
For all courses, if you book after the 2nd deposit date please pay both the booking deposit plus the 2nd deposit at the time of booking.
For full details of our terms and conditions can be found on the back of the booking form.
When to book?
There is no booking deadline HOWEVER, every winter since we started Nonstop Ski & Snowboard we have had to turn people away because our courses are already full. Although it’s great to be popular, we feel sad not being able to help them - and it makes them sad that they have to go on another course. So, it's worth securing your spot if you already know you want to join us.
The earlier you book, the lower the price you will need to pay - plus you’re more likely to get the place you want. We offer pricing incentives to encourage people to sign up early because it allows us to plan ahead better, work more efficiently and therefore have more time to do the things that make us smile - like riding powder.
However, if you aren’t in the position to plan months ahead don’t worry, you should be ok. For our 6 week and 11 week courses the majority of people book between a year and six months in advance, although there are normally places right through to early September. The problem with waiting this late is that you may not get to choose the resort you ideally want. For our shorter courses people tend to book anytime from Spring to mid November.
Flights
We can arrange flights for you if you are flying from the UK at an additional cost of approximately £650. We reserve group seats on the course dates so please let us know if you would like us to organise a flight for you.
We can arrange alternative flight dates for those who are staying in Canada before and/or after their course. Please check with us for further details as prices may vary on these flights.
In the unlikely event that direct flights are unavailable we will inform you of this and then look to book an indirect flight. It is worth noting that the earlier you book your course the more likely we can secure a direct flight.
Insurance
Nonstop Ski & Snowboard require that all our clients take out travel insurance. We can not legally advise on which insurance company to go with but upon booking we can tell what considerations to look out for and which companies past clients have used and had good experiences with.
