First snow falls in Fernie

Ok, so it may not be much but nonetheless – it is SNOW!

This is a photo of Fernie’s famous ‘Three Sisters’ mountain with a dusting of the Autumn’s first snow. It’ll be early December before we can ski and ride but The Griz (Fernie’s local snow god) keeps us yearning for winter by producing small tantalising scenes like this.

Bring on the winter!

Talking of which… if you’re thinking of joining one of our ski or snowboard courses in Canada this winter then it’s worth booking sooner rather than later because our prices are going to have to increase as we soon will be paying a higher lift pass price due to the “early bird” pass deals expiring soon.
