How To Make Your Own Snowpark?!

This may sound like a mad and crazy idea but bear with us! The guys at Ronin Snowboards have come up with a way that anyone can create their own snowpark, well almost anyone.

Typically building a snowpark has been a very expensive exercise and one that was only ever done by the major resorts. The main reason for this being the large amounts of snow needed and the equipment needed to actually shape the park. If the snow gods were not on side then snow had to be created and this is where the big costs (both financially and environmentally) come in. Well this may be the case, but now help is at hand for those of you that fancy having a go.

The Blizzard Sport is a snowmaking system capable of making approximately 50 cubic feet of snow per hour and only needs a garden hose and power from the mains to run it!  Cost: $2,400 (plus shipping).  And if you want to go the whole hog why not install a lift in the form  The Heine Snow Tools winch.  Cost: $2,300 (plus shipping).
