The third week of any program is tough. Skiing all day for 10 days leaves little time for your body to catch up. The burning feeling in your legs builds up but it is a good burn. Thank you to whoever invented the hot tub!

Wednesday afternoon saw the anticipation and nerves rising with the wait for exam results. Everyone was able to cheer on their friends as the results came in. A full pass across the board! For some it was an addition to their skill sets, for others it was the start to a career in the ski and snowboard industry.

… And what a way to finish an amazing time here in Fernie. On Thursday, our clients enjoyed a wonderful day in the British Columbia backcountry, cat-skiing at Fernie Wilderness Adventures. They were thrilled when they returned to the Lodge to see that the forecast was coming true with fresh snow to arrive in the morning. It was another glorious day at Fernie Alpine Resort and a perfect end to a long trip.
