Heavy Snowfall in Fernie, Canada

The snow is falling in Fernie and it is falling fast! This is typical Fernie conditions with huge amounts of snow “puking” down, as the locals would say, in the last few days. There have been over 70cms this bodes well for the upcoming season!

Shaun White half pipe (yes… his own private half pipe!)

Red Bull have built Shaun White a secret half pipe in the backwoods of Silverton, Colorado so he can create secret tricks for the up coming snowboard comps.  Red Bull have just released the initial footage on it… We thought you might like to see it!

10cm of snow in Fernie!!

The snow keeps on falling in Canada; Fernie received 10cm of fresh powder yesterday! For anyone considering skiing or snowboarding in Canada this season the signs look good for a great winter with snow continuing to fall throughout the Rockies.
