Fernie 11 Week Snowboard Instructor Course ‘06 – Week 6

Hard to believe as it’s all gone so fast this week most of us boarders took our CASI Level 1 exam . Was a bit gutting spending 3 days on the learner slopes but we all passed so YAY!!
Thursday night turned into a giant drinking session but a few of us crawled out of bed for some real riding in the morning.
On Saturday a few of us had our photography session with Jeff, I went despite leaving my camera in a café in Calgary a couple of weeks before. God bless insurance 
. I think we all learnt a lot on that so we should be getting some Kul pics now.
Sunday was the Avalanche course, lots of digging and running around in the snow and we learnt something that could save our lives. What more could you want. . .
All in all it was a good week and I can now call myself a snowboard instructor. . . NONSTOP ROCKS < cheese!!
