Nonstop Ski & Snowboard is a family-run company with a passion for the mountains, snow and adventure. Whether you're on a Gap Year, career break, career change or winter holiday, we provide the experience of a lifetime in some of the world's greatest ski areas.

What we offer

Since 2002 we have been successfully running ski and snowboard instructor courses, camps and dream holidays in western Canada, and more recently in New Zealand and France.

While many of our ski instructor courses and snowboard instructor courses are ideal for those wanting to start a career in the industry, they are also designed for people who's main goal is to develop their skiing or riding to a high level, who like the idea of gaining a recognised qualification, and want to meet like-minded people.

Our ski and snowboard holidays and camps are ideal for those wanting to develop their skiing or riding, experience Canada's famous soft powder, and enjoy a sociable, structured ski holiday with others of similar abilities.

Our Clients

With trip lengths varying from 2 weeks through to 11 weeks, Gap year students, university graduates, career breakers, seasonaires, and holiday makers all attend our courses.

The Nonstop Team

We're a family-run training company formed of several groups of people:

Our Course Advisors, (Georgie, Max, Pete & Rupert) assist our clients prior to departure. Three of us are graduates of Nonstop courses and we're all qualified ski or snowboard instructors. You'll find it difficult to find a more experienced team... contact us!

Our Ski Instructors: We're fortunate to have one of, if not the, largest team of Canadian ski and snowboard instructor trainers who are all highly experienced and highly certified. Our instructor teams are led by our Technical Directors who represent the elite of the Canadian ski and snowboard industry and who design all of our training courses.

Our Residential Team: Unlike other companies we don't simply hire young "reps" to oversee your trip. Our Course Directors are experienced course organisers, are qualified instructors, have a wealth of knowledge of the local area, are great people, and ensure the smooth running of your stay.

Where we operate - Western Canada, France & New Zealand

Fortunately we started Nonstop early enough to get first pick of Canada's best resorts. We chose exciting, challenging resorts with fun, welcoming communities. We fundamentally believe that it is both our coaching and the resort's terrain and snow conditions that will develop your technique. It is therefore crucial that you choose a resort with a wide variety of slopes, plenty of powder, and terrain that will push you.

Our Experience

Since we started Nonstop, we've had some great times delivering our courses and introducing new ones. We've become one of the leading instructor training and ski camp operators and with over twenty 11 week instructor courses under our belt, we have more experience than any other course provider. Using this experience we constantly develop our courses to provide the highest level of professional coaching, enviable results, top notch accommodation and meals, and a fun and sociable course culture.

Nonstock - our reunion festival

Each September we organise a small music festival as a way of reuniting our past participants and welcoming new ones. The people, bands, DJs, and stunning countryside location all create an amazing weekend and it's amazing to see so many people reconnecting with the friends they've made on their courses.

Chalets

We also offer chalet holidays in Meribel-Mottaret, in the French Alps. As a benefit to past ski course clients we provide a discount on these ski apartments to enable past participants to keep skiing together.
